We are testing the mold for the customer's fliptop cap mould, after the mould finished we will arrange to test it on the injection molding machine. In this way to check whether the mould running normally or not, and whether the produced cap samples are fine or not. During the test, we will contect cooling water to simulate the state of conventional production to confirm all details of the mould, and mould we will put in suitable Ton machine. Meahwhile will take record of operate parameter and test report, if customer need relate data we will provide to them. One more point is if the test samples not good enough then workshop will adjust the mould till we get good samples and send to customer for check
