we have standard inspection department and relate inspection equipment for mould and products, such as Vernier caliper, projector, hardness tester, tensioner, wall thickness tester, electronic scale, etc
1. Material inspection:
when material purchase arrival in warehouse, the QC department will check material size and quality whether meet drawing and request.
if have any problem will feedback to material supplier.
2. During processing:
our mould maker will be responsible for whole mould parts machining till assemble, when spare parts finish processing the QC will check the size and shape whether all right or not to ensure quality. engineer will check key point of moulds for each part and provide technical support,
3. After mould test:
our QC will check all details for the samples, all dimensions according to drawing, performance depend on customer request, function and fitment, leakage and so on. if have any mistake feedback to engineer and workshop revise the mould and test again till get good samples.
