This is the samples we had after we tested the customer's fliptop cap mould on the injection molding machine.

After 24 hours of complete cooling and shrinkage, we are measuring on the relevant test equipment whether the dimension and appearance of the sample meet the drawing size standard range or not. Normally we will check key point size such as diameter, height, wall thickness, button depth, thread diameter and other kep size influence fitment with bottle neck, appearance check whether have any strach, deformation and if injection full enough or not, check leakage or not and other items if customer have special request.

After analysis if the samples are passed mean we can send to customer for check and the mould are ok for deliver, but if have problem we will going to improve the mould and test again till get good samples for our customer
