Description:
This is 38mm double flapper fliptop cap inner design is snap, mould do in 4cavity and demould by slider and ejector pin. The mould core&cavity use ASSAB8407, mould base standard S50C, cold runner runner.
The mould should be running on 160T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, hot runner system don't have runner material save cost and reduce cycle time.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
