Description:
400ml shampoo cap injection mould suitable work on 160T injection machine, mould connect with cooling water and under right operation which
the cycle time around 20-24s. The mould use strong and heat treatment steel which suit for cap own structure. the mould injection way is gate point, demould by stripper plate automatically drop cap and runner. During mould running on injection machine also can use robot arm pick up
the cap and runner to save worker's cost
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
