Description:
This is 28-410 PP fliptop cap for standard neck bottle, cap inner design is snap which demould by stripper plate, mould do in 6cavity. The mould core&cavity use German2083, mould base standard S50C, cold runner
The mould can be running on 120T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, hot runner system don't have runner material save cost and reduce cycle time.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
