This iis 16cavity ointment bottle cap which diameter 30mm. The mould core&cavity use German2344, mould base standard S50C, hot runner-China lcoal brand, demould system by stripper plate
The mould can be running on 160T injection machine, automatic demould drop cap which cycle time more fast, do in hot runner don't have runner material save material cost and improve injection cycle time, increase daily output.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer.
