Description:
This D65mm anti proof round cap mould made in 4cavity, The mould do in cold runner demould by oil motor.The core&cavity use German2344 heat treatment, and surface glossy, the mould base standard S50C. the mould can running on 160T injection machine
The mould are automatically drop cap and runner material which save worker cost and improve daily output.
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
