Description:
This is diameter 22mm pull push cap up part for bottle which material is PP. The mould do in 16cavity suitable work on 160T injection machine. It is cold runner, core and cavity use heat treatment steel ASSAB S136, mould base standard P20, the demould structure by stripper plate
The mould injection way is gate point, During mould running the cap and runner material drop automatically to save worker's cost
Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
