Description:
This is special design plastic item in PP material, the item use for automotive yield. the item structure a bit complex to meet smooth demould in mould, we can see the mould one side have air cylinder and screw bar screwing during blowing to get product demould after blowing.
We have more than 30year experience to make blowing mould, and get customer trust to design and develop this new product and finally get succesful. for the mould we provide all technical support all time when customer produce at own workshop and 1year after sale service if have any problem our engineer will help to solve the issue timely.
Processing:
After get order from customer JINQIU arrange to design drawing first, include product drawing and mould drawing. Get confirmation from customer then going to make the mould, processing during machining, inspection and assemble then arrange test mould check samples whether right or not. If all fine we will provide samples to customer for check.
