Description:
This is PP material inner plug for 10g cream jar, the mould demould by stripper plate, top gate point in hot runner use YUDO brand, cavity use ASSAB 8407 which quality is steady
The mould size can fit for 160T common injection machine, product drop automatically from the mould, because do in hot runner so don't have runner material which save raw material and worker's cost, meanwhile improve daily efficiency
Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.
