Description:
This is a small special-shaped water tank used in the car. The material is HDPE. The water tank is connected to the water pipe. The shape lines have many curves. This structure greatly increases the difficulty of parting and processing.

After get order from customer JINQIU arrange to design drawing first, include product drawing and mould drawing. Get confirmation from customer then going to make the mould, processing during machining, inspection and assemble then arrange test mould check samples whether right or not. If all fine we will provide samples to customer for check.
