Description:
This is D28mm PP material round shape screw cap mould do in 8cavity, fit for standard bottle neck. The mould use ASSAB8407 steel for core&cavity do heat treatment which HRC 48-52°, the mould base standard stainless steel 4Cr13, cold runner, demould system by oil motor screwing out which fit for depth thread deign
The mould should work on 160T injection machine, the structure design automatic demould drop the products and runner material which save worker cost and improve output
The mould all under strict inspection during processing from purchase material and machinning, mould test and samples provide.
The mould under operational specifications, regular cleaning and good maintenance will enlonger mould life. We also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts. Normally after sale is one year after mould delivery, JINQIU provide technical support all time.
