This is 24mm round PP cap for medicine bottle. The cap demould system by oil motor scrwing out and do in 16cavity. The core&cavity use German2344, mould base standard S50C

The mould can be running on 160T injection machine, do in hot runner not have runner material save raw material cost, automatic demould drop cap can save worker cost and reduce cycle time. 

Mould processing by complete steps from design to purchase steel material, first step maching, inspection, precision machining, assemble and test, check samples. The mould steel do heat treatment keep strength and work life.

Operational specifications, regular cleaning and maintenance can make the mold life more longer. When we make mould also provide extra some quick-wear spare parts for customer, such as O ring, ejector pin, water connector, spring and so on which easy to replace basic wearing parts.
